PHOENIX VOYAGES POST COVID-19 GENERAL MEASURES - STAFF TRAINING

The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has triggered an unprecedented crisis in the tourism economy, along with its impact throughout the entire tourism ecosystem around the world. However, since the world is now recovering from the pandemic and borders are slowly reopening, Phoenix Voyage has established and implemented necessary hygiene measures to minimize the risk of COVID-19 virus infections to restore the confidence of their valued travelers and make their stay safe.

In anticipation of welcoming back tourists to their destinations, Phoenix Voyages has actively held training sessions to update their employees (including the tour guides), not only with new knowledge and skills on tourism activities in the "new normal." But most of all, proper understanding concerning the health and safety of their travelers, as well as their employees. These training sessions also included how to handle a suspected case of COVID-19 infection.

In addition, Phoenix Voyages has worked with their partners/suppliers to ensure that they have a strong action plan concerning enhanced sanitation, disinfection, and deep cleaning practices for the security and safety of their clients.

The first training conducted was in one of their must-see destinations in Asia, South Korea, with safety and health measures based on the South Korean government directives.
