Our team has an extensive experience in the tourism industry in Asia. They are composed of local and foreigner staff, all travel specialists, capable of meeting the expectations of our clients in several languages including French, English and Spanish.

We do not just sell travel, we provide advices and together with our clients, we explore the different options that are available. Our goal is to make sure that they will get the best suitable services to meet their needs and expectations as well as their clients’ satisfaction.
We are committed to guide our clients through our services, from the planning of their travelers’ trip to the after-sales service. We also provide useful and reliable tools (including: brochures, fact sheets, photo gallery, newsletters…) – a specific and unique assistance that will help them in their daily tasks and serves as a real selling point.
Our team is dedicated to respond to all our client’s requests within 48 hours. This period allows us to precisely analyze their requirements and design a tailor-made trip.

Selection of Suppliers
We carefully select our suppliers (hotels, restaurants, cruise boats…). We conduct regular on the spot inspections in order to check the quality of their services as well as their compliance with the international standards.
We provide a 24/7 emergency number. This number enables us to quickly react to the difficulties facing the travelers.
We do our best to deliver the services to our clients and travelers with full satisfaction. This goal is our main source of motivation. We provide a thorough and transparent monitoring of the satisfaction of our guests. During each stage of their journey, our Quality Control Department is in contact with them to make a point on the course of their trip.
