Managing Director
Jean-Michel Romon is one of the Managing Directors and shareholders of Phoenix Voyages Group. Swiss, graduated from a school of Commerce and Tourism, Jean-Michel Romon started his career in Switzerland in the Tour Operating field, where he worked for more than 6 years before moving to Myanmar. He then established its own company in Myanmar in 1997: Asia Holidays, which is now a member of Phoenix Voyages Group. Since then, Jean-Michel Romon settled in Asia.

Le Tuan Linh is the General Manager of Phuong Hoang Co. Ltd and one of the key partners of the group. Le Tuan Linh started his career in the group Accor where he spent several years in the marketing field.
